PTA Proposed Budget 2018-2019
The River School PTA has a budget committee that works with all stakeholders to develop a draft budget for the next school year. This includes which fundraisers we’ll run, how much we expect to raise, what program costs we’ll have (including which enrichment and curriculum support programs we’ll fund), and what fundraising and administrative costs we’ll incur.
The draft budget was shared and discussed at our May General Membership Meeting.
Based on feedback from the membership, the Executive Board made revisions to the draft budget to create this Proposed Budget. This is the budget that will be submitted for approval of the membership at our June General Membership Meeting (which will be on June 13, 2018 at 8:40 am).
If you have any questions or comments on this budget, please let us know! This is our chance to decide what programs the PTA will fund next year. Once the budget is approved by the membership, changes can only be made by amendment next year (which also requires a vote of the membership).
